The Mavic Aksium Clincher Wheelset puts performance and reliability in an affordable package. Double-walled alloy rims feature machined braking surfaces and carry an inner width of 17 mm to better fit tires up to 32 mm wide. Straight pull, steel bladed spokes are laced to brass nipples which are less prone to corrosion than alloy ones, and sealed cartridge bearings ensure the Mavic Aksium Wheelset rolls smoothly and is easy to maintain.
Quick release skewers and rim tape are included. Claimed weight is 1880 g. Shimano/SRAM 9/10/11 speed compatible.
